General Conditions of Sale
The website www.est-archerie.fr belongs in its entirety to the company Laurent LUCOT.
1. PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. These prices are communicated in Euros and orders are payable in Euros. The products remain the property of EST ARCHERIE until full payment of the total invoiced price. Product prices are set by EST ARCHERIE and may be modified without notice at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect on the date the orders are recorded, subject to availability.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include all taxes, regardless of the destination. Products are delivered to the delivery address specified when you place your order. The delivery times indicated correspond to average product delivery times and may vary depending on the destination area. Collection of goods from various points of sale is not subject to delivery charges except in express cases such as targeting.
3. ORDER VALIDATION
When you click on the "Confirm my order" button, or when you place an order by another means: mail, fax, telephone, etc., after having provided the data necessary to send your order, you accept this order as well as all of these General Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The minimum order amount on the site is €15 minimum. Below this value excluding shipping costs, the order cannot be validated.
3.1 SPECIFIC ORDER
Depending on the fluctuation of the euro/dollar exchange rate, the price of the product ordered specifically with a delivery time from suppliers of up to 16 weeks will take into account the change in the dollar exchange rate, which will be specified on the order form. The final price will therefore be calculated upwards or downwards proportionally to this exchange rate on the day of the order.
Any special order for a non-stocked item, such as a crossbow, requiring a long lead time will be confirmed by email by the buyer and the store. No cancellations will be accepted after validation.
3.2 VOUCHERS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, CREDITS
Vouchers, gift certificates and credit notes are valid for 1 year to the day from the invoice date.
4. PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases can be made by telephone using a credit card such as "Carte Bleue", "Visa", or "MasterCard", by telepayment, or by Paypal for an additional fee. Your account will be debited when you place your order. In the event that only some of the products on your order list are available, EST ARCHERIE may split the delivery of your order. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once. If you send your orders by mail, you can also pay by bank transfer or call us to pay by credit card. Payment by check is no longer accepted.
Payments via Paypal are subject to a handling fee imposed by Paypal.
In the event of a refund following an order cancellation by the buyer, PayPal fees are not refundable.
5. “ORDERS” SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We undertake to exchange defective or non-compliant products with your order, only after having issued a return authorization for the material. You have 15 days from the date of shipment of your package to return the product(s) to us in its (their) original packaging. We will then return the merchandise, in accordance with your initial order - within the limit of available stocks - as soon as possible. We advise you to make your returns by registered parcel (Est Archerie is not responsible for lost returns) after having completed the "for all returns" section on the back of your invoice, to the following address: EST ARCHERIE 54 T GRANDE RUE 54210 VILLE EN VERMOIS
Items returned incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned to you in their original condition at your expense. We only accept refunds for packages returned no later than 30 days after their shipping date, and provided they are not damaged (including packaging).
Refunds will only be made in the form of credit, in store or on our website and will be valid for one year, however the shipping costs of the purchase are not refundable, nor are the management fees incurred by payments via the PayPal platform.
Packages travel at the recipients' risk and peril; it is their responsibility to make reservations and check the condition of the transported products in front of the carrier. In the event of damage to the products without making reservations, the exchange of broken products will not be possible. In all cases, the cost of returning the equipment is the responsibility of the customer.

7. RESPONSIBILITY
EST ARCHERIE disclaims all liability for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out-of-stock conditions, product unavailability, or force majeure. Hyperlinks may lead to sites other than the EST ARCHERIE site.
EST ARCHERIE cannot be held responsible if the content of said other sites contravenes the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
EST ARCHERIE treats your information with the utmost confidentiality. This information may be used to send you information about updates to our site. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, we remind you that you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose any personal data concerning you at any time. 9. APPLICABLE LAW
THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE GOVERNED BY FRENCH LAW. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE, THE COMMERCIAL COURT OF NANCY SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION.
